"Next to Normal" is a rock musical with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt. The story centers around a mother, Diana Goodman, who struggles with bipolar disorder and the impact it has on her family. "Next to Normal" premiered off-Broadway in 2008 before moving to Broadway in 2009. The winner of 3 Tony awards and the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, this critically acclaimed musical is not one to miss. Performances will be held April 25-27th at CT State Naugatuck Valley in the Ricci Playbox Theater.
