Waterbury Food Truck & Fireworks Extravaganza

Due to the enormous popularity from years past, the annual Waterbury Food Truck & Fireworks Extravaganza will now take place for two days! Over 20 food trucks featuring a variety of delicious options will take over the Brass Mill Center – with local vendors, face painting, and kids games making it a community-wide, family-friendly weekend. On Sunday night, bring your lawn chairs and watch the City's amazing fireworks display as it launches from the top of Holy Land at approximately 9:15pm. Join in the celebration this holiday weekend!
